First time buyer - great experience with Imagine Living First time buyer here and having visited a number of developments, I must say the Imagine Living staff really stood out, walking me through the process, facilitating a number of visits and answering any questions I had. I mainly dealt with Sosi through the process and I must say she was brilliant, really making me feel valuable and treating me like an individual making a huge decision rather than subjecting me to the ‘hard sell’ which I found a distinctly off-putting experience at other developments. The ability to maintain contact throughout (and this was over the course of almost 12 months) helped build trust and confidence and resulted in me completing on a purchase. Personable and friendly in a very genuine way too.

Sosi Ros is simply the best
Sosi Ross was my main point of contact since the very beginning when I had my first viewing and quite honestly, she made this whole journey so much easier and fun for me. She's always so positive and incredibly supportive. I would have been much more stressed about the process of buying a shared ownership flat, but she was always there to calm me down and help me through the steps. I'm a bit sad it's over as it's always been a pleasure talking to Sosi :-)
