I almost went into depression in search for an apartment. I remember on two occasions I went in search for an apartment they never opened the door your guess is as good as mine and I almost got scammed. I had incidents where I got to the venue and I received a text that my appointment was cancelled. My story is a lengthy one but when I got to know about Imagine living, I sent an email Imagine I was amazed at the swift respond I received. Imagine living are professionals, organised and keep to time and appointment. I received a call from Justina God bless her. Justina is such a sweet soul she called to ensure I met the requirement. I submitted all the required documents did my reference check everything went through. They are organised and respond to mail and chat in a timely manner. Justina picks my call and respond whenever I reach out to her this alone boosted my confidence and trust. I remember I requested for an earlier move in date and they made it possible. First time buyer - great experience with Imagine Living First time buyer here and having visited a number of developments, I must say the Imagine Living staff really stood out, walking me through the process, facilitating a number of visits and answering any questions I had. I mainly dealt with Sosi through the process and I must say she was brilliant, really making me feel valuable and treating me like an individual making a huge decision rather than subjecting me to the ‘hard sell’ which I found a distinctly off-putting experience at other developments. The ability to maintain contact throughout (and this was over the course of almost 12 months) helped build trust and confidence and resulted in me completing on a purchase. Personable and friendly in a very genuine way too.
